Ultimate Warrior would continue in and out of the wrestling spotlight until 1996 when he retired. In 2014, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and made an appearance at WrestleMania 30. Hellwig passed away on April 8, 2014, the very next day after he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
